"Lovely hotel staff friendly. Lift had been repaired on day of arrival. Was happy to use it as lift engineers on site. ( I’m claustrophobic) by the evening lift had sign saying out of order. Reception staff unaware. So I had to carry case down 3 flights next morning. But would happily stay again."
