“The hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.”

“We booked last minute as we were were going for a funeral. Didn't expect much, but were very pleased to see it was more than just a bed for the night. The managers went out of their way to accommodate us, and over the stay made our not so pleasant reason to be in Hillcrest a very pleasant stay. ”

Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing
NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle.
New linen is needed so as the towels.
No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles.
They can make use of the fabric softener ,...

Of course, the hotel cannot control this (and I found the same when I went back to the Pearls). Not screaming but drunk as skunks and high as kites. What is happening South Africa?”

“Siamo stati in coppia per una sola notte. Avevamo prenotato la sera prima, forse per questo quando siamo arrivati alla reception non risultava la nostra prenotazione(?) Buona la posizione a ridosso del centro commerciale Gateway. Camera e bagno un po' piccoli ma puliti. Apprezzato il parcheggio coperto gratuito(eventualmente si può lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio del centro commerciale). Unica nota negativa il wifi a pagamento.”
