“Historic hotel is well located between Katoomba and Blackheath so very easy drive to many sites. Due to age of hotel rooms a little small but functional, the decor even older was well maintained and cosy. Only cons room had to be cleaned again before we accepted it, however the management reacted well and solved the problem. Staff friendly however suggest a bit of training in customer service will work to help make this hotel even better. Overall would recommend this hotel.”

“Adorable BnB-style property in the Blue Mountains! The staff were so friendly and the rooms comfortable and cozy (especially loved the soaking tub after a long day). It's an easy 10-minute walk to the train station, town, and nearby hiking trails. Breakfast was great, and the views from the lounge and restaurant were absolutely perfect. Loved the fun Christmas in July decorations they had up too — such a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here!”

“We have been going here for many years always have felt comfortable and looked after. the 1st room we had was a bit shabby seemed to be in the young families area. the floor of the bathroom needed a lot of deep cleaning. the lounge was worn out and needed replacing. We were moved to another room because I found the shower in the bath hard to get up to. the staff were fantastic at helping this happen. The bathroom floor again needed a good clean. there was also an outside little deck area thats...
