“Catering staff were not well trained we had to wait over an hour for a toasted sandwich in their cafe, house has hit and miss with no bath at had to ask reception. Other guests in our group only had one cup in the room etc”

“Great place to meet up with friends and family. Coffee and drinks available from the bar with fabulous Blue Mountains views . Lots of lounge areas with a fireplace and a selection of board games available for fun with family and friends.”

“Front desk service for check in and out was terrific. Well done. The staff in the bar was ok but the manager serving the area was rude asking to confirm full name and room before serving. Furthermore, after signing the bill I was chased down the hall to again, confirm I had signed the bill. Simply, rude.”
