“Hilldale Farmhouse has a lot of history and beauty. We had a family wedding with folks traveling from Fl. we all wanted to stay in one place. It was perfect. What I did not realize was the porch with the two twin beds was only screened in. Since this was the case we had a couple folks sleeping on couches. Other than that it was wonderful. ”

“Tip of the hill was a great place to stay! All needs were met staying here. Laura was great and communicated well. We had family arrive from NYC, Maine, Arizona and Ohio. Great central location for Fall wedding nearby.”

“Waterford is far enough away from Washington, but close enough to make a weekend getaway easy. And staying at Scarlet Springs Farm for the weekend was truly the icing on the cake. And Laura and her family made our stay even better. The house is well appointed - fantastic kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful views from back deck. This is a wonderful location to visit so many interesting vineyards, farm stands, nurseries, and some very nice restaurants in Purcellville. We look forward to visiting...

“No silk flower arrangements or annoying attempts at decorating. The space was clean, exactly as described, the kitchen space was helpful, and the bed a welcome respite.The only thing that would make it better is a Keurig! Gotta have brewed coffee first thing!”

“The home was beautifully decorated & very clean. We arrived at 4:00 pm on Friday & unfortunately had to leave for a family emergency at home less than an hour later so never got to explore the town or property. ”
