Motel a Blue Ridge

“Staff were the best part of the stay. The outside of the building showed its age with pieces of what used to be an upstairs balcony hanging from the building. Inside the room there were piles of dust and bugs in 2 of the corners. Lights were plugged into a power supply behind the cabinet that held the microwave and mini fridge, and seemed to be short circuiting when we turned the light switch on. When showering the water wasn't draining from the tub. Rain water accumulated in the parking lot due...

“Our room as clean and fresh smelling. The office clerk was able to put us on the first floor which is always a plus. Our air conditioner worked wonderfully, which is always a bonus. The only complaint we had for our room as the shower head was basically a trickle. There was plenty of water pressure when you turned on the faucet but it didn't translate to the shower head. We appreciate that Motel 6 is now carpet free. This makes the room feel cleaner. Our bed was firm but comfortable. We travel...

“Room was spacious and clean, great with my dog. Breakfast was continental, with waffles or toast, cereal, or yogurt. We were in an outside room for convenience to take dog outside, but there was hardly any grass on that end of the hotel for her to 'go'. The grassy area was on the other end of the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating.”

“Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole nonostante il fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola che sembravano usate. La persona al desk e' stata responsive e gentile. L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

“Very disappointing experience. The motel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were cockroaches everywhere, and mold in the room. The conditions were disgusting and completely unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable staying there and would not recommend this motel to anyone. The management needs to take cleanliness and guests’ health and safety seriously. Avoid this place!”
