“Breakfast was amazing. We got the last room in the hotel, so it was ADA and barebones but very clean. Next time I think we will check in early but definitely will stay at a TRU again!”

“The breakfast is really good and this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Only piece of feedback would be that it would’ve been nice if they had an outdoor seating area but I understand space limitations. Overall, our stay was fantastic. ”

“We had breakfast on property and would do it again. The staff, amazing. The food, amazing! They made omelets to order, had fresh fruit and as we are from the south we thought it cute they called grits and cheese a breakfast special. ”

“This was mine and my sons favorite hotel, very clean, breakfast was excellent, it was in a perfect location and the staff were amazing. I will be staying here again.”

“Front desk lady was friendly and check in was quick. Hallways were looking a bit worn but room was much better. The big issue was crazy loud room across the hall. Super loud yelling with people going in and out and the door slamming until after 3am. Not much as far as the continental breakfast. Was in better shape when it was Sleep Inn. ”

“We stayed here while in Louisville for our grandson’s Special Olympics basketball tournament. The team needed to be at the arena at the same time breakfast was served. A staff member came in early and prepared breakfast so our team could eat before their game. We were all so grateful to her!”

“We’ve had consistently pleasant experiences with other locations, which is why this one stood out for the wrong reasons. The pool appeared to have a noticeable buildup on the walls, which was concerning. Our room was also missing several basic items like towels and covers for the pullout couch bed, which made things inconvenient. Overall, this stay was disappointing, but based on our past experiences, we believe this location is more of an exception than the norm.”

“The interior of our room was great. Super clean, modernized, a ton of usb ports to plug in electronics. The exterior needs work far as the condition, looks rather run down but they are under construction so there is that. Also the pool area walls and ceiling are in really poor condition. Like really rough but the water in the pool and hot tub were both clean and well maintained. Overall we would stay there again. ”

“Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. ”

“The staff were excellent! Friendly and helpful. The Drury Inn is lucky to have such great staff. From the gal that checked us in to the staff that puts out the food etc. They made us feel welcome and comfortable.”

“Breakfast was average. Ice bucket wasn’t emptied and cleaned so it made me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned. ”
