Hotel vicino a Bluegrass Indoor Karting - Louisville

“Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay.”

“I was told the hotel property was non-smoking, but there was someone smoking right outside the entrance to the hotel.”

“Hotel was great, I did not receive service in the room at any time during the stay, I had ti ask the desk clerk to refill the body wash in the shower.”

“The lamp in my room had to lean against the wall in order to stand. There was a lot of dust on the refrigerator. The shower didn’t have a curtain so my sink and floor got wet from it. The pool was cold and dirty.”

“All the staff are so welcoming. There is no deposit unless you have pets. It's fairly quiet. Beds are comfy. ”

“Overall a good stay. We would stay again. Pool was quite cold. Otherwise a good stay overall.”

“The common areas were good. The room needed work. Bathroom sink facet sprayed sideways. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The couch side was shredded. The garbage disposal stunk and i e maker did not work. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was yummy and outside pool area was nice.”

“The hotel is a some wear and tear but otherwise very clean. Not bad for one night stay.”

“The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

“The staff was very rude. We had to beg for clean towels. The air conditioners were weak and did not cool the rooms. The bed wad crooked, made me feel like I was going to fall out during the night. The parking lot lights were so bright that the cheap window coverings would not keep the light out of the room. There was activity going on all hours of the night and walking outside at any hour made us feel very unsafe.”

“Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”
