I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items. No pool, but had a washer and dryer. The breakfast was lacking, with not a lot of fresh choices. Forks/knives provided were the cheapest, bent even when trying to...

“I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...
