“We visited louisville to interr my parent's ashes. The staff was very sweet to us. They all were kind and helpful during our stay. The only thing that missed the mark is the pool and hot tub were both out of commission.”

“After check-in, I always inspect hotel rooms for cleanliness before I bring by travel bags into the room . The rooms at this hotel are sparkling ✨clean. 👍”

“Our room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We stayed one night for a training. Dont get coffee at the restaraunt, its terrible. Other than that, everything was wonderful.”

“While overall the stay was ok, the breakfast was subpar. Both mornings there was no milk for the cereal, some food was not even ready. Now mind you we were there to have breakfast about 40 minutes after they started but still should have been stocked. Did not even see anyone to say something to. The room was fine but i suggest you go out for breakfast.”

“Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable.”

“Nice clean hotel. Really nice staff. Room was comfortable. Fridge with freezer is really nice to refreeze our ice packs. Microwave. Coffee maker. Pool was clean not too cold. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, cereal.”

“The 1st and second rooms were semi-clean except the table chairs and also the jetted tub in the first room was broken and they were unable to fix so we moved to another room with a jetted tub the next day and refunded us $25.00. After moving to the second room again the table chairs were not clean. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Linda. Breakfast was good and parking was extremely good. Overall, I would stay again.”

“The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience.”
