Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

“We chose 4 point for convenience to the KY expo center while showing horses for 5 days. Located right outside Gate 4, this was a great option for our family. My favorite part was how great it smelled inside! That doesn’t happen often with hotels. But it is a priority here as well as cleanliness. We will return.”
