“I always stay here when visiting Louisville for events at the Kentucky Exop. Clean and right off the interstate. Breakfast is well stocked and maintained. The same lady has taken care of breakfast every time I’ve visited and she does an amazing job. Food options in Shepherdsville are just down the road.”

“Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I personally would not choose to stay here again. The property is in need of renovations, particularly the guest rooms and some of the amenities. One of our biggest concerns was the mini refrigerator. It appeared to run on an energy-saving timer and would automatically shut off after about two hours. This created a major problem because one of our family members had medication that required continuous refrigeration. Other...

“While some of the subcategories in my rating are four stars and above my overall experience was poor, rating it two stars. This room was advertised as sleeping six, however the pull-out sofa bed is about the same size as a twin bed and not sure how they think you can sleep two people on that. When I called the front desk to see if there was a rollaway bed they said they don't have rollaway beds. When I asked how they could sleep six in the room they pushed back on me like it was my problem...

“The rooms were spotless. There were more options for breakfast than I have ever seen! Even though it was busy, the staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the hallway outside our room never got vacuumed .. the same candy wrappers were there the entire stay.”
