Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

“The hotel was fine for our stay, but it's definitely showing its age and could use some updating. We appreciated having a suite with a kitchenette, which gave us a little extra space. Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it dinging throughout our stay, especially when things were quieter. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the selection was fairly limited, so don't expect a lot of variety. Overall, it met our basic needs, but with some updates and a better breakfast...

“I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...

“This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.”
