“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. “The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok.”

“There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they...

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.”
