“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...

“Very clean and recently renovated. The staff is very helpful and they have a 24/7 shuttle to the airport and surrounding areas.”

“We were depending on the free airport shuttle for a late pick-up (around 12:15 am) and we were not picked up until almost an hour later because the one shuttle driver was sent in the opposite direction right before we called. Very disappointing after calling the hotel several times before our trip to insure a pick-up after a late flight.”
