“Been there for 3 nights. They never clean up our room. Even to empty our trash bin”

“Loved how clean it was also good breakfast nice pool and friendly staff the only thing I didn't like was someone in the room above us woke up on the last day we stayed and was making a bunch of noise but was not the hotel's fault just be mindful of other guest if you are a early bird or like to stay up late besides that very good stay would definitely book again.”

“It wasn’t what we thought”

“The room had a certain smell of urine, I saw that one of the blankets on the bed was the one with a bad smell. One of the pillows was dirty and stained. The room maintained a lot of moisture on the floor and walls. The bathroom needed more cleaning. They never had clean towels to replace. The air conditioning needs maintenance. The front door was rusty.”

“I was under the impression the place had complementary breakfast. I was wrong. Went to get coffee, it was empty.”

“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

“Pool was warm and welcoming. Room spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and within a reasonable height.”

“I drove from out of state and without question they let me have an early check-in. The entire building, including our rooms smelled fresh and good and were very clean. They have a lot to choose from on their continental free breakfast. All in all this place was pretty perfect. I will continue to stay here. All the amenities work and even the pool was clean.”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“I did not like the big dog barking loudly in the hall early in the morning around 7 AM. Everything else was very clean, and the breakfast on Saturday morning was good. However, they only put together a grab-and-go option on Sunday morning since it was check-out day. The housekeepers were not friendly at all, but the front desk clerks, chefs, cooks, bartenders and guests were very friendly and nice. I will stay at this new hotel again and it's close to everything you really need.”

“There was a water issue during our stay. First night water pressure was extremely low and temperature was almost hot. Next night water didn’t get hot at all, just almost warm. Some guests had no water at all. The hotel refunded a partial amount, if you went to the desk to complain. The water issue happened Thursday June 25,2026, I checked in on Friday June 26, 2026 at 6pm. I wasn’t notified at check in of water issues and I had already been charged for that day and paid remaining balance of...
