“Location was perfect, less than 2 blocks from Metro station on Gran Via and close to amazing shopping. Management has agreement with taxi service for flat rate to airport if booked in advance. Taxi was on time and reasonable. Highly recommend this service.There were some issues with room that could be quick fixes-1) no bars or hooks for towels anywhere2) balcony doors misaligned so would not shut or lock. They blew wide open in the middle of the night.3) no hand towels, electric hand dryer which...
