Hotel vicino a Bob Klawitter Lake Lemon Woods - Unionville

“Have stayed here many times and would happily go back. A gem of a place in the heart of one of the best college towns! Every room is unique, quaint and charming. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine is simply perfection. Highly recommend. Go Hoosiers!”

“Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. Parking easy. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. The elevator was broken, so we were put on first floor. The walls seemed thin, and there was lots of noise from other rooms around us and above us, although sleep time was quiet. We would go back - think we just hit them on a rough weekend.”

“No score cards at the putt putt course. Bathroom door was hard to close ,needs adjusted.”

“Very clean and cozy room. Quiet. Friendly staff.”

“Balcony was nice - had a hard time getting temperature in room right- but did manage to get it to warm up- coffee maker was horrible- water jut sat in where pod went- so weak and no flavor- but left early to go get coffee- other than that nice room for price”

“This was our first stay at this very new property. It just opened in September. Rooms are clean and updated. Very nice furniture, new carpets, new beds etc. The cleanliness outside of the hotel needs work. Lots of leftover construction dirt. Trash cans were full and not emptied. We got there at 3:45 for a 3pm check in and rooms were not ready. Staffing seems to be an issue as it is for many hotels in Bloomington. Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping walked into our room after we checked in...

“We were traveling to visit Bloomington. Close to IU. Very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff helpful. Would definitely stay again”

“Good location”

“Very nice staff and clean property.”

“Clean breakfast”

“Stayed four days and never had room cleaned. Had to ask for extra towels and some toilet paper. Dirty vents and wood floors. Thin bed linens. Horrible bathroom door and a toilet so low it must have been from the 50s. No computer ports. And my charger kept falling out of plug. Needs some serious refurbishing. When we arrived to our room the door was ajar and a water bottle on nightstand. Pillow cases on inside out. Limited drop off parking. AND…my bill was paid in full on my credit card weeks...

“GREAT location to IU Bloomington for Family Weekend—GREAT last minute price (day of—do not pay crazy prices beforehand). Would not pay this much for this hotel otherwise—but, lots of space, clean room, many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Able to bring our dog. Plenty if space for our daughter to visit and spend time with us. Do notice the somewhat worn conditions of some things. Just fyi—boil water advisory while we were here. Set your child up with a...

“Clean room. Was on the highway, but minimal noticeable noise. Only complaint is that there could be a better explanation on how to work the tv. I had the close captioning on when I got there and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off.”
