“This property was absolutely beautiful, unique and quiet. It was my first time staying here and it will be my go to when I'm in the area from now on!”

“All fantastic! If I had to come up with something to improve it would be the wi-fi since it was weak or even unusable in the part of the building we were in. Phone signal and phone used as a hot spot for wi-fi devices worked. Truly nitpicking to suggest improvement.”

“The staff was rude. Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. This went on until...

“It did take a little longer than expected to check in because our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but besides that everything was fine. The streaming options on the TV were the best I've seen in a hotel. Solid place to stay.”

“This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!”

“Mold in the corners of the bathroom ceiling. Beds and pillows were awful. TV volume wouldn’t turn up or down.”

“We got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family traveling. The continental breakfast is not much, but available. Location is good, just a short drive from some really great food in the area. ”

“We went to relax for weekend and swim. Pool was so cold we couldn't even swim. It was an indoor pool. Beds super uncomfortable. It wasn't the property's fault per say but we were woke up many times due to ppl above us and down the hall there was a very noisy puppy. Not their fault but made the experience worse.”

“There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing...
