“Lovely hotel. Clean, modern and with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and were permanently on hand. The breakfast was lovely...plenty of choice. The cooked options were beautifully presented. This is an absolute gem of a place. Quiet, but within a 15 minute walk of the busy waterfront. Just perfect in every way. ”

“I rented the Studio apartment on level 8 (top level) and it made for a perfect base for my 5-night stay in Queenstown. It is equipped with all* the "mods and cons" needed for a very comfortable stay - induction cooker, microwave, sink, fridge, dishwasher, aircon, TV, HiFi and spa bath. Parking was also easy - there are multiple carparks in the complex. Being located just a short walk from town was also invaluable and meant for more time exploring the town. “Check-in was easy enough, even though I had checked in on-line but when I got to hotel, their system was facing issues so I ended up checking in in person. Also there were issues with the system because the keys didn’t work after the first time so I had to get them to fix it twice. The room was good, quiet, bed comfortable. Generally the hotel was good but looking a bit tired in parts. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and shops and restaurants. On-site parking was expensive...
