“Amazing staff. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them and they look smart and very well spoken. The room was absolutely amazing, nice and clean. It's amazing how so many original features are still there. The ghost walk and the self guided tour was also fantastic. We will certainly be back as we want to do the after hours tour. Couldn't ask for a better service or place to stay 😊”

We dined in the restaurant which was great and used the swimming pool. Everything was super clean and every member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. All staff were welcoming, although we felt Josh & his team in Terrace bar went beyond to welcome. A wonderful vibe with all staff.. room spotless, bed super comfy, spa very relaxing ”
