“Really liked this hotel. The customer service was beautiful. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel which such good customer service, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice ambience in the bar area and a lovely spa. Excellent hotel gym. ”

“Facilities were excellent as were the staff,the room was great and the housekeeping staff did a terrific job servicing the room whilst i was there. I was made to feel welcome - which was great being a solo traveller. I had an amazing experience with an oula massage and my thanks to the therapist. Only issue i had was with the food sevice in the bar area, my order was forgotten and i waited rather a long time for it to arrive, others recieving theirs despite arriving after mine was placed.”
