“Rude front desk agent. The 3pm to 11 pm gentleman was great. But the young lady manning the desk from7am to 3pm was very nasty. I had a really bad migraine and she called the room to say that check out was at 11:00 am. I explained to her that I was a stay over and that I extended my stay through hotels.com. She said I needed to come to the desk to extend my keys and I told her that I wasn’t feeling well but I would be down to change my keys. She asked me to come down now and I said “no”. ...

“Love the property and the staff are great. The train through the night kept me awake, would choose my room carefully. Food in the restaurant was not great value. The salad was $14 and was tiny! But service was excellent ”

“Beautiful property. My only issue was the lack of hot water and water pressure. The water wasn't cold but was more warm. Also, the front doors doesn't slide open so getting suitcases through can be a challenge. Other than that, everything was smooth, clean and comfortable. ”

“The breakfast was excellent! James prepared our favorite breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast with butter and preserves. My husband had sausage and I had bacon. We stayed in the Sacred Hearts room which was decorated beautifully in purple . The bed was very comfortable. ”

“Check in was simple and quick. We had an issue with the TV not working and the desk man quickly replaced it. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.”

“Loved it very quiet and pleasant ”

“Check in was smooth. The initial room we had was decent. It did smell weird. There was food left in the fridge and trash in the bathroom trash can. We were beginning to wonder if the room had been cleaned. We had an issue with the door and we were immediately assigned to a new room. It was handicap room and smelled better. We had a good stay. Parking was great. We were in a first floor room. ”
