“The rooms had dirty carpet and the broken elevator was an inconvenience. The pool was dirty with floating debris in the pool.”

“The hotel was decent during construction. I must say they were extremely accommodating as changes needed to be made. They made it all work out for us with no issues. That is what matters most when coming to stays. Thank you!”

“Pool and gym were closed and no notification was provided. Refrigerator was off which we needed for a sporting event weekend.”

“This hotel is always immaculate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options right in the hotel. Centrally located, but just far enough away from the plaza area of downtown to be away from crowd noise. We purchased one of the mid tier suites, but were upgraded to a balcony suite. Staff didn’t know this, but we were celebrating a birthday, so that was a nice little gift. All the times we have stayed, the staff has always made us feel like a truly valued guest. ”

“The room was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and my kids loved the water feature. Do wish there was a hot tub. Staff was very accommodating and kind, the continental breakfast was nice and they had little toys for any kids that came down which was lovely. The only complaint I had the bedding on the pullout couch was sopping wet from laundry services”
