“As for cleanliness, it's good, staffs are outstanding 👍 love it.
However, the amenities provided in each unit need improvement. A two-bedroom unit comes with only two keys, even though one key must be kept in the room; and with two bedrooms, you would expect two people or two couples to be staying there.
Have to request for EVERYTHING, they have kitchen which include microwave, mini refrigerator and sink, but no utensils, no plates, no dish soap and no kitchen towel.

“We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity.
Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is.
Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests.
Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall.
Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time.
Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.”
