“The pullout bed was broke, and the pool was closed. There was nothing on the website about the pool being closed. We had to take the kids to a different place to swim and we had to pay for that”

“The restaurant menu shown everywhere was not available. A very limited, frankly lousy, subset was available. That was not good, we had plans and made selections for food. Then called room service- no answer. Tried three times without success. Went down to order in person only to find out what little was available. This needs to be corrected.”

“Good breakfast, nice room, and friendly, easy check-in and out, good location. It doesn’t mention it, but they have a pool and hot tub. Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.”

“I suggested our extended family members plan to stay at the same hotel for the weekend to celebrate an NDSU graduation. I reserved a two bedroom suite as a base camp for everyone. We were very disappointed. Our room was hot and smelly. Previous patrons were not clean or considerate with the space and the hotel also did not clean up well enough after them. I asked staff to come up to the room to see for themselves. They took pictures, hurriedly left, never came back. Our bed comforter had blood...
