“Half of breakfast items were missing (no sausage gravy for biscuits and gravy); juice machine was broken and alternate juice was unavailable. Our key cards had to be reset 3 times. Hotel does have a washer and dryer they had a sign indicating they would provide laundry soap and detergent however when we asked they didn’t have any; they also didn’t have any quarters, so to use the onsite laundry that is the amenity one was required to go to the store to buy supplies and stop at the bank to get...

“The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only syrup for waffles. And why was everything warmed up in plastic? Microplastics are dispersed more when food warmed up in plastic. So that was a bit off putting.
Pool was too cold and had rusty parts of equipment.
Biggest disappointment was that front lobby was full of boxes. I know they are rennovating. But youd think the boxes could be stored somewhere else.
