“We had a standard room without balcony. The structure is quite old but well maintained. We were also able to check in earlier which we were very grateful for, thanks again. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. The room was clean. It is a bit loud, you can hear the ventilation system and some noise from the road as well as the other guests if they make noise. “Impeccable service - the staff who checked me in actually helped me with my luggage, took me to the room and showed me all the buttons and ways around the room. If you've travelled often enough to Australia, you know this is above and beyond service.

“Potts Point is a great area to base yourselves in in Sydney and Spicers is a great "hotel" - actually, that's too impersonal, it feels more like a home away from home. The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD.
