“The rooms weren't cleaned ”

“My only major issue was night staff. Young lady was not friendly. Seemed more concern about her phone. Lastly every day upon arrival back to hotel, did not work. I had to walk back to other end of hallway, down stairs, get my keys reset and walk back up stairs and down hall to let my family in. Not one staff member seemed concerned about that. ”

“We were very disappointed in our stay. Should have seen the re flags at check in when the office smelled of pot as you walked in. The room wasn't very clean. Even though we had a smoking room, there were cig. butts on the floor and behind the beds. We noticed a few roaches and stink bugs in the room and when we mentioned it to the lady at the desk she stated "That's nature". I know that this is not somewhere we will ever stay again.”

“New property. Plenty of parking. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. No lobby restrooms or ice machines on the property. For a new property, I wish the walls would have been more insulated for sound. Could hear noise from other rooms easily. ”

“Room was clean and didn’t feel cramped. My spouse didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast which was a reason for choosing this hotel so that he could eat before work. For some reason there was a delay and he had to leave for work before they opened it up.”

“The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.”

“There was construction going on and we knew it and the staff was very friendly and very accommodating The place was clean, friendly, shopping center movie theaters and restaurants all within walking distance”

“The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...
