Hotel a Booneville

“Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there.”

“Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options.”

“The price is lower than others around for a reason. If you don't mind an older building with scuffs on walls and an elevator that needs attention but works then it's fine. It's clean, safe, with nice staff and the usual hot breakfast that was good. But, my toilet leaked on the floor, was told they were out of soap bars for the sink, and my keys didn't work for the door lock on most tries. It took a dozen tries to get the door open and was deactivated the second day of our stay.”

“Having issues with coffee and juice station and not being well stocked for meals. The rooms were kept okay but had to ask for soap due to soap being empty. Other than that hotel stay was okay.”

“Not what I’m use too but service purposes”

“This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. ”

“Nice hotel for the price; check in was simple and staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room had food in the trash and no dish soap (we had a kitchen). Good location and overall a nice stay.”

I'm always trying to be clean friendly staff and even an early check-in the only thing is stay was advertise a pool and they advertise a breakfast which neither they have so I was kind of disappointed about that but other than that I think the price is a little too high for the condition of a two-star property but the staff makes it worth it”

“Great front desk service. My key card wouldn't work on my room and I was locked out at 3am and she answered right away and helped me.”
