Set in the heart of the small village of Ayguemorte, the house comprises a large living room with cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and beautiful fireplace, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a summer lounge with study area and television. The sleeping area comprises 3 spacious bedrooms (bedroom with a 160*200 bed, bedroom with a 140*200 bed and access to the terrace, bedroom with two 90*200 beds), a large bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bath, a shower room, two separate WCs and a dressing room. There is also a laundry area and a garage. Fibre connection installed, bed linen and towels included in the price.

The nearest shops are a 5-minute drive away: Carrefour market, hairdresser, beauty salon, medical centre, pharmacy, etc. Fresh fruit and vegetables and local produce are available at the markets in Castre-Gironde (Saturday) and Portets (Wednesday). And the excellent organic grocery shop ‘Le Colibric-à-vrac’ awaits you in Beautiran.

You can explore the vineyards of the Graves, Entre-deux-mers and Pessac-Leognan regions, Bordeaux and the Château de La Brède, where Montesquieu lived, or head for the ocean, the Bay of Arcachon, Lake Hostens or the Landes forest for some great escapades.
