“Stayed here before, not a well off world traveling business person. But this place feels like luxury. I come up to Seattle 3-4 times a year, make a weekend or so of it. This place is like self care. The staff, the location, cleanliness, organization of it all, parking, the room, the views, all the amenities. What a place.”

“Bedding , pillows horrible nothing offered for your stay couldn’t even give a complimentary water had to pay $5 a water”

“Beautiful hotel, lounge, restaurant. The staff went above abs beyond to make it a special birthday. Grant, checked us in and had wine and desserts sent to the room as a birthday surprise. We will be back.”

“I am so thankful for the staff person at the desk that helped me! I had a problem with the reservation and had used Expedia (which I won't do again) you guys were able to help in spite of Expedia. Thank you for making everything work out!”

There is street parking for a fee, which has to be renewed every day (except Sunday) at 8 a.m. On weekends, the Amazon parking lots/garages are available for public parking, at a price. There is no valet parking option at the hotel.”

“The room and the whole place were spotlessly clean and curated. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with everything you need, which is key when travelling on the road — you actually get the chance to cook proper meals and feel at home! We had an issue with the digital lock, but the staff was extremely responsive. The only thing worth noting is parking availability: all spots are paid, and it's hard to find ones without a two-hour limit. Despite that, everything was perfect and I would...
