“A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle.”

“Love that you can fit 4 people (2 adult kids) in one room comfortably. Was there for UW graduation. Convenient location to walk to campus. Complimentary breakfast is really good and a wide selection of foods. Front staff super friendly.”

“From the lobby to the rooms everything extremely clean and wonderful. Staff were super friendly and helpful and this hotel was a great stay !! Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.”

“Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.”

“Parking is very tight, plan ahead. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had to ask for clean towels every day. Also, the coffee, creamer, and cups were not replaced daily so you need to ask for this. The outdoor pool is not heated, a welcome relief in record-high temperatures. Pleasant stay overall.”

“Ho soggiornato al Residence Inn il giorno di arrivo a Seattle e quello di partenza. Nella prima recensione ho indicato solo le stelle, ma sicuramente merita due righe di recensione. Ottimo hotel, personale gentile, grande stanza pulita e dotata di tutto : con una cucina accessoriata, (perchè definirla angolo cottura sminuisce la dotazione), un tavolo x 4, un ampio divano e due letti comodi (stanza da 4 persone). Ottima la dotazione del bagno con una grande doccia. Direi il posto ideale per chi...

“Property was great. Room was good size. Breakfast options could be more, no basic bread.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were deliciously comfortable. I appreciated that they had both firm and fluffy pillows and soft cotton sheets. The room was pretty. We were not bothered at all by sound from the neighborhood pub downstairs (I was worried when I saw it, but it was not a problem at all). I will definitely stay here again.”

“Honestly great property. Only note is the AC unit was loud and the room is small. We just popped the window open at night and hardly stayed in the room besides sleep so no dramas for us personally, but be warned if it's going to be exceptionally hot and you're a light sleeper. Room was great. Front desk hosts were incredible. Property is super clean. Location is excellent. Highly recommend!”

“Great building and apartment/rooms, all new and great shape, quiet. As this is a digital only property there is no flexibility like a regular hotel, no early check-in (this was the most frustrating, as if a regular hotel doesn't have rooms available early, at least you can sit in the lobby and relax or work while you wait, here you cannot access the building at all until 10 mins before 4pm, or late checkouts. Questions are handled promptly through their portal.”

“Nice, clean, safe place to stay. If using public transit, prepare for a lot of hills with your luggage. There are quite a few stairs in the building to get to your room as well.”
