“Great location for my needs, walkable to multiple bars and restaurants. Parking was found a block away. Host was helpful getting into the building on my arrival night. I did not realize the entry code would not be automatically sent after completion of the pre-check-in process and it was almost 11pm. The external handle to the front door of the building fell off on every entrance or exit for myself and other inhabitants, it was amusing but not an issue. “There is No parking. There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off.”

“Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again.”

Didn’t have a good surface to put my toiletries. There was a “surprise” amenity charge of $69 when we got there. Didn’t use any of the amenities.”

“PROS: The owner/manager was VERY responsive when I reached out. The unit was beautifully appointed. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker & coffee pods! Fabulous webpage with helpful tips. Well provisioned kitchen. Gorgeous neighborhood. CONS: I thought I was booking a garden level space, but it turned out as 4 flight of stairs. Building light on soundproofing, but fellow renters were quite at night.”

“Beautiful Property! The Area as well was very nice! 10/10 I do wish there was waters at least provided but other then that perfect stay! Very affordable! Good for 2-4 people to stay ! And definitely recommend it!”

“There are TV's in the rooms, walls are a lil thin and it echoes a little. There are very limited parking an none of its free but there are some cool places within walking distance if you don't plan on driving around seattle”

“The only disappointment was the bathroom: the tub was super beat up and cracked with rust/discoloration that was really unpleasant, and the drain was clogged. Other than that the property was clean and well-appointed.”

“We reserved this condo to sleep six the couch bed did not have a bed inside of it. There was zero parking there the property the phone number they gave me to reach management did not work air conditioners suck wasn’t happy with the experience.”
