Hotel vicino a Washington Park Arboretum - Seattle

“The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!”

“Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room”

“Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room.”

“Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces.”

“It’s no frills but clean and very comfortable and in a great location.”

“Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go”

“Great studio apartment-like room with a outdoor balcony, living room area, dining table, and kitchen complete with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, as well as pots, pans, plates, utencils--just about everything you'd need for a long-term stay. Breakfast was top notch, staff were all friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well-maintained. It was also very quiet; some outside street noise as you'd expect, but no noise whatsoever from the neighboring rooms above and...

“Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again.”

“I will book again ”

“Clean Kind/helpful owner”

“Convenient for attending a UW Football game, However, the cleanliness was not great. Window shades were broken, limited kitchen utensils, no fitted sheets on the beds and shower door wouldn’t close.. We got lucky with finding a parking spot.”
