“Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

“Struttura molto bella e personale gentilissimo”

“Zimmer war super und leise. Morgens wurde der Parkplatz vom Schnee befreit. Ohne diese Räumung hätte ich es wahrscheinlicht vom Parkplatz geschaft. Danke dafür! Zwei Kleinigkeiten sind mir aufgefallen. Ein Fenster ging beim Öffnen auch in den Kipp-Modus und ein Rolladen steckte, aber das störte mich nicht.”

“Quick check in/out. Room was spacious and warm. Comfortable. Lacked a bit of character. The hotel location is nice next to the subway and the palace park. It’s a bit far from downtown though. ”
