“On arrival our room was ready and we were invited to check in 3 hours early! Unheard of but much appreciated! Front desk staff were ALl gracious and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and beautifully appointed…lots of thoughtful built in touches. On the downside: The “Lifted” restaurant on the 5th floor was an awful experience. “The hotel AC was not working, the room that we booked and even after we changed the room , nothing was working for us . It was so hot , we can’t even sleep properly. This hotel should work on their AC cooling system.”
