Very nice. Thermostat in room didn’t work properly. Room kept heating up to 90 degrees. Otherwise, great place.

Enjoyed the Envoy. Rooftop bar was fun even in January. Wish there was valet parking and bag assistance as it was not as to maneuver to be able to check in. There is public parking across the street for $49 a night. The hotel is clean and updated, with very modern decor

Worth the View
The best feature of this hotel is the room. Modern, clean, cool and amazing view of the harbor and loved the set up of the room. Spacious as well. Staff could be a little more attentive, went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant and waited about 20 mins before leaving due to not being acknowledged. Computer issues held up our check in but front desk did let us know and apologized. Great location, parking garage convenient across the way. Roof top bar was open so we grabbed a drink and took in the view.

Staff was great. Location was awesome. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy walk to down town / north end / etc. Good metro access. Rooms were nice and they have two cool bars in the hotel for a quick drink or meal. Good energy.

There is a night club on the top level - no security. People jump elevator on to floors as they see fit. Awful security risks here. I - personally - was verbally assaulted by underage teens getting let in to the club at the top. It’s loud and overpriced for what you get. Rooms are tiny.

We were currently do not offer valet parking there is a garage conveniently located directly across form the hotel. Of course our team is always happy to assist our guest will any bell / luggage service required to ensure a memorable stay. Went to check in around 1:30 pm room wasn’t ready, which was fine, asked to be on the same floor as my relative, was told I was going to be later on when my room was ready, needless to say that didn’t happen the woman at the front desk had an attitude, not friendly at all, an on top I got charged twice for my one night stay 😡

Liked everything about it. The staff were extremely professional polite and friendly The location was superb, proximity to all the most desirable places The pricing was very reasonable Very clean and contemporary Expedia was supposed to get me a room with a view

Couples weekend
The hotel and view was perfect for couples weekend away. Rooftop bar was beautiful spot (it was snowing and still warm). The only bummer was paid city parking and no validation, which would be a nice perk.
