Central Boulder! 3Bdrm Nice Cozy House

Enjoy our lovely home with all the modern comforts along w/ front patio, private yard & driveway. This 3bedroom 1bath, 1000 sf house is centrally located and minutes to downtown, Pearl st, restaurants, shops, hiking trails + all that Boulder have to offer. One queen bed, 2 double beds comfortably fits 4 guests. The washer/dryer & amenities help maintain your continuity of lifestyle while enjoying your visit to Boulder.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story house. The guests will have the entire space to themselves. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other two bedrooms have double size beds. The house has central heating. The air conditioning is individually controlled for each room. Kitchen and cooking appliances are available for use.
This rental is subject to the city’s overnight occupancy limit of no more than three un-related people.

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood but is not far from the action in town. The rooms are as pictured and the stay was very short, but enjoyable.

Perfect charming home with nice kitchen and living room. Close to many hiking trails in the Boulder area as well as to night life. Really enjoyed our stay! Host is terrific and very responsive

Family Event

The place was nice. I would recommend adding grab bars in the Shower Tub and next to the toilet I did go and purchase a suction cup grab bar and forgot it there but You should REMOVE it as it could be a lability issue. I would install a more secure style grab bar. Location was great neighborhood great. amenities were acceptable.

The home is in a great location. Walked 20 minutes to Pearl Street. Two miles from campus. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Great location to enjoy Boulder. Priced appropriately in the market. It was just the fellas this trip so didn’t need or expect anything fancy. Everything worked in the house and really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and close in but not comfortable

This place has a good location and is clean but sub par in comparison to my 12 plus years of other honeawat and VRBO rentals. Uncomfortable furnishings. Broken toilet seat, hole in the wall. Broken mirror, peeling grout, cheap slvedding and towels. I’ve stayed in plenty of old places where things didn’t all work but were decorated with love or highly functional places without the best amenities. This one was ok, but disappointing on both and seemed poorly done for the price. Below expectations I think this is my first rating that isn’t a 5/5.
