  • Magnifica casa in stile europeo con servizi a 5 stelle circondato da splendidi giardini con vista eccezionale. Eleganza e comfort si fa sentire subito in tutta la casa. cucina di uno chef, dispensa ben fornito di maggiordomo, e granito in tutto. Master suite con doccia a vapore e aria idromassaggio nel bagno padronale. Granite in tutti i bagni. ONYX in bagno livello principale. Master suite e 3 ampie camere da letto si trovano al secondo piano con un fronte est, proiettato in sonno portico. Cucina estiva a livello del giardino con una lavatrice / asciugatrice e sesta zona notte. Incredibile vista di Flatirons e Longs Peak. Bellissimi giardini fioriti e ponti per rilassarsi e cenare. Campo da bocce - campo da bocce da gustare con un bicchiere di vino. Camino a gas all'aperto e spazio vitale. 2 biciclette da crociera da portare al mercato del contadino e alla cena.

We found the home to be very clean and comfortable. It is spacious and easily accommodated our family of 9. The ping pong and pool tables along with the wrap around porch were nice amenities. The location is nice as it has the feel of the country, but is close enough to the city to make it easy to quickly run to the grocery store, etc. The hosts are extremely responsive as they stayed in a guest house on the property. You may want to bring slippers with you as it is a no shoes property. We would stay there again if we return to Boulder.

Christine’s home is absolutely beautiful and is just what our family needed to spend quality time together. Space to gather, and catch up after celebrating a college graduation. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen and hang out spaces were comfy and had games and activities to keep everyone at every age happy. Porch naps and place to relax and catch up on some reading were just what we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back.

A beautiful sanctuary surrounded by lush gardens and spacious decks, the rooms were very nice and the interiors with custom stone and wood were incredible. The hosts were gracious and communication was smooth. We are looking forward to our next stay at this gorgeous and relaxing home.

The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable for a large group. Our two grandchildren loved the wrap around deck/porch, chalkboard and kids house under the stairs! Kitchen has everything we needed. Good location near Boulder . The hosts met us to go over everything about the house and it was great talking with them.

Wedding Weekend

We were in Boulder for a family wedding, and needed a quiet place to retreat between events. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was absolutely lovely, with great spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to enjoy time with our family. We felt so lucky to call it home for four days!

Exceptional Home

Second time staying in this gorgeous home and look forward to when we can stay again! Communication with Christine is always quick and easy. Plenty of space to spread out with 10 adults and not feel cramped but still have a cozy feel.

Stay in Boulder

The house is spacious and immaculate, perfect for a family get together. The owners built it as their dream house, which makes it an unusual rental.The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, clearly the kitchen of serious cooks.

Super nice accommodations and the kitchen was stocked with every possible item you could possibly need for cooking and eating. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to my unusual situation with the rental. This was our second time renting the property with a different group of friends who were also very impressed with the property. I would rent it again.

An AMAZING wedding weekend 💗

My entire family including a 4 month old enjoyed making memories in this beautiful home as we were in Boulder together to celebrate my son’s wedding! Everything was perfect! I was able to host a family barbq to a luncheon for the bridal party. A perfect home for family reunion!

Home is finely appointed with a rural setting but very close to all Boulder has to offer

Our family was very impressed with this property. The views and wrap around deck provided many options to relax and views of the Flat Irons and mountains. This home is appointed with all any guest could need and Hosts are an amazing couple. This was the best home and host in our VRBO experience. We loved everything about our stay. The soaring flights offered at the local airport were incredible and would recommend guests experience this bucket list activity.

CU Boulder Graduation -- Family Stay

What a great experience! We rented Christine's home for our family gathering to celebrate our son's CU Boulder Graduation. We had 10 people ranging from 15-85, and everyone felt safe, comfortable, and very welcome. Christine's home was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. Fantastic hosts!

My comments

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our family. It has lovely views. The neighborhood was very quiet except for a few airplanes taking off in the morning if you like to sleep in late. However our grandchildren loved the airplanes and gliders. The hostess was very friendly. I would recommend this property to others.

Great Fun!

Very comfortable home with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My family enjoyed hours of Pool & Ping Pong. Property is right across the street from a local small craft airport, so planes can be heard throughout the day. Our boys loved the comfortable beds on the screened in porch, total ‘glamping’ experience!

Amazing!

We stayed at Rustic Knolls for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. It was the perfect space for our family for the trip. The house is magnificent and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful kitchen for gathering and cooking. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. We played pool and had the best time just hanging out together. The house is 10 minutes from everything-campus, Pearl Street, shopping, bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this home for your next family event! 5 stars all around!

Family Retreat

This is a truly amazing property. We stayed here for a family gathering and celebration. We did lots of cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the billiards table and the outdoor bocce court. Christine was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. 5 star everything!

Extraordinary Boulder Home

Wow….Christine and Taco have created an amazing place to stay when visiting Boulder. The online pictures do not do the home justice. They have thought of pretty much everything necessary to make your stay an enjoyable one. You feel like you are a guest in your friend’s home and not some rental. The location itself was great too, a rural setting but only about 3 miles to downtown. And the views were breathtaking! Christine was very responsive and promptly responded to our inquiries. Without a doubt you can rent here with confidence.
