“Fantastic location within walking or shuttle distance to Heavenly Ski resort. Amazingly comfortable king size beds and new linens. Rooms were adjoining with connecting hallway , making it great for families. Stunning views of the ponderosa pines and Sierra mountains. Club lounge and jacuzzi amenities were a huge plus for our kiddo as skiing was non existent this 2026 Spring Break. Pillows and blankets on the living room sectional would have been a nice touch. “Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”

“This hotel is old and tired. They do not clean the rooms daily which is something I have not seen before. The pool is very old and gross and the hot tub was out of order.”
