“Ottima sistemazione, camera e bagno puliti, parcheggio comodo, posizione ottima (a piedi si raggiungono ristoranti e supermercato). Molto gradito il caffè offerto al mattino (non c'è la macchina per il caffè in camera)”

“Terrible stay”

“We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean...

“Room had everything you needed very simple room but everything worked well. Good spot close to everything”

“The room was not in good condition at all. The bed sheets smelled, the mattress had this weird noise when pressed, the carpet had a tear, the toilet seat had this weird noise like hitting the wall when seated, the water bottle inside the room had separate charges of used. Most importantly there was no C-type charging.”

“Pros: We like the room layout with a separate sitting area that has a day bed. It was a comfortable room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: bathroom door squeaked loudly- so we left it wide open to avoid waking everyone when using the bathroom at night. The shower floor was quite slippery, we were scared of slipping/falling...we had to be very cautious getting in and out of the shower. Shower edges did not look very clean otherwise everything else was clean. We would book it again. It...

“Not really much to say other than this should be a last resort stay. Stain on the sheets, no soap or any body wash / shampoo. Our room looked like it had been cleaned with minimal effort which is kinda crazy since there were 2 cars in the parking lot…. Respectfully I would avoid this place.”

“Dirty carpets, hidden resort fees which are not shown in advance. Terrible in room coffee. Strange secretive check in procedures , where the receptionist disappeared for a long time, making us wait after a long drive. I would not stay here again. The pillows were like stones. A very weird table like a miniature horse which cuts into your legs.But, my wife and I really liked the the Friday restaurant on the 1 8th floor. I must say it was nice.”

“Very spacious room with a furnished balcony overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful restaurant (Elements) walking distance and we got a coupon for a discount there. Plenty of parking and great housekeeping staff.”
