“Room description is inaccurately! Room was booked for 5 guests with a sofa bed and when we arrived to the hotel and got the room all they have is a chair.. no rollout beds or sofa bed. Requested a bigger room or upgrade but they don’t have any, staff stated that pictures of the room were from old management.”

“A la llegada decían que no tenía reservación siendo que hasta pagada ya estaba , en 19 noches jamás hicieron aseo a la habitación y en repetidas ocasiones solicité se realizara aunque tuviera costo extra y se limitan en decir si ya está programado y jamás llegaba ese día. Tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas y sábanas directamente en recepción en dos ocasiones al ver la negativa del aseo.”

“The back patio was nice, had a seating area. The building was kind of updated (fresh paint) but overall needed some improvements. There was an odor in the hallway. No seating in the room other than the bed. It was difficult to find parking at night. The staff was great, no complaints there.”

“Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. We ran out of soap and toilet paper.”

“My husband, daughter, and I had a very nice stay here. The hotel was clean, and the pool and fitness room were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Country Club Plaza, which is a nice area for shopping/dining and access to transit.”

“Needs more handicap parking”

“I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!”

“I have never had such a difficult time with a booking before! The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions.
