Hotel vicino a Boulevard Place - Buffalo

“good overall!”

“Staff: rude. not very helpful. Very short and to the point. M Club Lounge: Poor food and drink choices. Very bland and not stocked. It’s basically your free breakfast that now they just charge for! Lily house and Room Service: Weird menu, over priced food. However food is good and portions are very decent. Drinks are weird! Dessert is amazing. Room: Clean, put together and nice quality.”

“Tranquillo e pulito ”

“Raj at the front desk was wonderful. The staff was all very friendly and I also though breakfast was good. The building is just very old the rooms are outdated and smell old. The pool was dirty and overall it needs a face lift from top to bottom. With that said my room was clean and for the price it’s not terrible.”

“Upon checking into our room, we found a half-eaten cookie on the table. This was reported to the front desk, who responded they would follow-up with the Housekeeping Manager. We were assigned an accessible room which we did not require, and I would question why, if there’s vacancy available we would be placed in such a room category when we didn’t indicate anyone in our party used a wheelchair or other device? Housekeeping was very poor each day. The bed was sloppy looking and thrown...

“Furniture was”

Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno.

Ristorante attiguo Russell’s ottima carne ”
