“we supposed to check in at 3 but they allocated the room at 4pm. My entire trip schedule was disturbed due to this. staff at reception was not treating the customers well. They are very rude and many others were fighting with them.”

“The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

“Truly awful. It was really inexpensive relative to other hotels in the area and it just proves: you get what you pay for. I felt as if it was basically an apartment for low-income residents branded as a hotel. Oddly enough there isn’t a single indication on the outside of the building that it’s a Studio 6 corporate hotel. “Ottima posizione per Niagara Falls. Letti comodissimi. Stanza adeguatamente grande per famiglia di 4 persone. Avevamo frigorifero e forno a microonde e un piccolo salottino con tavolo. Attraversata la strada c'è di fronte un Mc Donald's. ”
