Such a warm welcome from David and Pumpkin. The accommodation is superb and immaculately clean. Opted for the jacuzzi room which was an excellent way to relax after a busy day. David thinks of everything and the little touches for dogs and humans alike we’re greatly appreciated. Communication throughout was friendly and informative.
Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bournemouth with or without a fury friend. ”

“We had a lovely couple of nights here. The room was good, very comfy bed and there was a freestanding fan unit for hot weather. Lovely walk in shower with shampoo and shower gel and plenty of soft towels.
There were tea and coffee making facilities and complientary bottles of water, plus homemade biscuits in the room. If you needed more of anything you could get it from the reception desk. The free wifi worked fine all over the hotel.

The food in the restaurant is brilliant and the chef goes out of his way to make great food for his guests, provided he has the ingredients. Note that some rooms had defunct AC at the time of our visit. And if the hotel is the venue for a wedding party on a Saturday, the kitchen and bar is overly busy and there will be some noise in the rooms upstairs.”

“Great for our one night stay, staff are brilliant and all very friendly and accommodating, room was massive with four beds, room was.clean was there was a bit of a musty smell at first but it soon cleared after having the windows open for a.while.
We had a cooked breakfast which was nice, lady who served us was very nice and friendly, there are also adequate continental options too and nice.coffee to order.
Would definitely stay here again for a night if required.
