“Below are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons:
1. Very old building. Its probably converted from an old
apartment building. Very old windows and cracks on
the wall.
2. The windows and the carpets are not very clean. We
stayed one night only. It was raining that night and
carpet gave out some smell.
3. Breakfast was very very basic. They charged $15
if you want hot food. I simply got coffee and left.
4. The bed is very soft...

“Nice stay for 1 night and close to Cronulla where we were meeting friends before heading into Sydney proper. Rooms were clean and newely renovated. They tell me the entertainment is great but we were there on a Thursday. Plenty of people and families in the restaurant/bistro. Only negative is no lift and 2 flights of stairs to rooms. Might be a problem with large suitcases. Me I need the exercise.”

“A comfortable stay at this modest motel. Everything worked well and the rooms were clean. Area was quiet day and night with a nice countryside feel. It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. There is a nice restaurant attached with great dining options of good quality and reasonably priced. ”

“Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. “Staff was friendly, no elevator so they helped me bring my luggage up the stairs. A little confusing as you check in at the bar, not the sign saying accomodation, but easy nonetheless.
