Hotel vicino a Bower Ponds - Red Deer

“Great stay large room with good amenities comfortable bed. Would not need to look anywhere else in Red Deer.”

“I requested a pet friendly room. When left to medical appointment didn’t want to leave dogs in vehicle as was quite warm so left in room, after 20 min was told animals are not allowed to stay unattended in the room. So I had to leave appointment and grab the dogs and leave them in the truck for a few hours. Staff said dogs were barking and causing a disturbance but when approaching the room from lobby and hallway; there was NO barking or noise. Why state you are pet friendly facility, yet...

“Parking was great. There were a couple of hockey teams at the hotel:) I think the parents should be advised that supervision 24/7 is a given when using the pool and hot tub. Other than that all was great.”

“There was an out of control sports team there at the same time and the staff did nothing to mitigate the noise or thundering in halls at all hours. Reached out to the GM on email and called with no response. Terrible experience and wouldn't suggest anyone stay here.”
