“I would not recommend staying at Sonesta Select Greenbelt College Park. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel is poorly maintained and appears to be falling apart. The biggest issue was that our bathroom toilet flooded, creating an unsanitary situation. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because someone had stolen the only plunger two days earlier. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel. “Refrigerator knob is broken. Plug refrigerator into wall outlet everything in the refrigerator freeze. I reported the issue to the front desk.”

“This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection.”
