“The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed ”

“We spent five nights at the property in a one bedroom suite. After housekeeping did not show up the first day, we notified the front desk but no one showed up. On the third day, we again notified the front desk. That evening we found the towels were replaced and the trash cleaned. The coffee station was not cleaned and replenished and the bed was not done. “The hotel room was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The stay was very affordable. There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. Unfortunately, it prevented us from being able to use the sofa bed. The staff was not personable and their friendliness was...

“This hotel was very unorganized ”

“Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???”

“It was far from any shopping, and nowhere near a supermarket....so guests were basically sequestered there unless they had a car. ”
