“Breakfast was good , but overall condition of the property is very bad. They need to rennovate this place. , washroom door wasnt closing properly. Rooms are very dark and worn out . Elevators looks old and some buttons are broken or worn out ”

“As always, the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. Of all of our stays we've only evet had one issue. That was with the AC and it was addressed immediately. We stay typically several times a year. This is our go to when we are in town.”

During our first night, we experienced some noise from the room upstairs, but the staff responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. “They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. “Parking is not free. I was charged $15/day. Both my wife and I have handicapped parking privileges. There are only 5 or 6 handicapped slots in the entire lot. I am also a Hilton Honors member. I find it ridiculous that I had to pay for handicapped parking. On top of that, upon check in I was told that there was going to be an event that night with over 200 guests and parking would probably be full if we went out and we would have to park in the street.
