“Breakfast was good , but overall condition of the property is very bad. They need to rennovate this place. , washroom door wasnt closing properly. Rooms are very dark and worn out . Elevators looks old and some buttons are broken or worn out ”

Ho guidato 30 km per raggiungere l’hotel e quando mi sono presentato al desk, senza neppure guardare il numero della prenotazione, mi hanno detto che non c’era nessuna camera disponibile. Insistendo ho chiesto di controllare il numero della prenotazione e l’operatrice ha cancellato la prenotazione davanti a me!!! Ho dovuto prenotare un’altra struttura e guidare ancora 25 km. Anche...

“Utilizzato per visitare Washington. Distante ma in una periferia universitaria ben collegata e con servizi (ristoranti, negozi, market, ferrovia), abbastanza vicini. Con l'auto è comunque tutto più semplice. Tappa intermedia, comodo per arrivare e per partire.”

“Recently renovated property. Clean, well apportioned room, very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast buffet was worth the price with fresh fruits, variety of breakfast meats, cereal, breads and beverages. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would come back.”

“I specifically got this hotel because of the hot tub. The hot tub was closed for the winter. It was extremely disappointing. The staff was super friendly though. ”

“Hotel fuori Washington, ma comodo per raggiungere la città in auto, posizionato vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Camera comoda e spaziosa. Colazione da migliorare, aggiungendo frutta fresca e yougurt”

“The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience. ”

“elevators and all floors wreak of weed smoke, refused to change rooms, refused to check heating in room, totally unhelpful at front desk, vending machine needs cash only, who carries cash? as a hotel, you should have numbers to taxi services for your guests or at least be helpful, don't just say "sorry cant help" RUDE people. ”

“Bathroom sink and the bathroom soap and body wash need to be replaced with quality soap.”
